Looking for property manager in Victoria BC

Can anyone recommend a PM company you have used successfully? I own a triplex there and am getting tired of self managing it. Referrals and testimonials would be most appreciated.

I am not a REIN member. I own two properties personally, however, I also own a property management firm in Victoria that does third party management. My firm (www.oakwoodproperties.ca) is a fully licensed property management and real estate brokerage.
