Hi: I own a single home in Kingston, Ont. (hopefully more soon), but I need a reputable and dependable person or company to over see this property. Emergency call outs, minor repairs etc.. At the same time I want some major renovations completed and need name of honest contractors. I do not live in the area so trust is a major concern. Please only people that you have worked with and have been pleased with.
