There probably isn`t anything very organized outside of Ontario.

Waterloo is obviously in Ontario. Why not buy in Waterloo? This City has the most student housing per capita in Canada. In a highly regulated (think no illegal properties) environment. And top ten REIN town in Ontario. The City has been used as a model for student housing for the country.
