Looking to buy in AB and SK for multi-family

We`re looking to buy more apartment buildings in AB or SK .. but I find most are now overpriced as they assume every building can be converted to condos .. even in Saskatoon they`re asking a ridiculous 130,000/door .. or sub-5% CAP rate ...

If you know of an apartment building for sale below 75,000/door please call or e-mail us .. big, small or ugly .. all will be considered .. especially ugly, cheap in decent locations !
