Looking to create a network

Hi all.



My name is Tommy and i have recently just completed reading Don's book on Canadian Real Estate Investing.



I am now in the stages of putting my jig saw together in regards to creating documents such as analysis forms, scorecards etc with the intent of having my first Real Estate property within the next 12 months.



I am hoping to find like minded Investors from the Durham Region east of the GTA. I do have the AIM of becoming a member of the REIN network but cannot do so at present, if there are others in a similar stage or those whom would like to mentor or add to their network please feel free to contact me.

Hi Tommy, There are local groups all around the GTA. Mark Loeffler runs one in Burlington for the Hamilton market. Quentin D'Souza (Durham REI) runs one in Durham and I run one in York Region.
