We are looking to hire a new building manager for a 28 unit building in Langley. This position will be for a non-resident building manager. The building manager will have a small office at the front of the building
General duties include: rent collection, booking appointments and showing suites, co-ordinating move ins and move outs, knowledge of Residential Tenancy Branch, cleaning common areas, light yard work, directing and working with trades-people.
