Hi everybody,
Does anybody know the Maple Ridge market well?
We are moving there and are looking to buy real estate for investment and a place to live and would be very appreciative of any advise. We will need an experienced investment realtor, trade crew etc.
We are also looking for Rein members living in that area for networking and social contact for my family (myself, husband, son, age range 7 - 48 years).
We want to move the end of march so we need the first property soon - it can be anything we can fix up quickly and easily for us to move in for now to have time to search for our own property (we have building, design and renovation experience). We than want to either keep this property if it cash flows or flip it, possibly buy more.
