Hi Rein Members! I`m new to the Investment lifestyle and the learning curve is going well the REIN boards and ACRE book is very informative.
I have a question first of many to come I`m sure, I am working on my first 3 multi family units 2-4 with the next 90 days (and I will be staying within that market for the next few years) I want to make sure that we will not be capped out as my JV and I plan to invest 50-100 units in the next few years...My question is I need to have a very knowledgeable Mortgage broker who understands this side of the Real Estate business who comes highly recommended. Now he doesn`t have to be in Ottawa that`s just a preference of ours to deal with someone locally. My current Broker doesn`t have the experience to give us enough confidence to work with. Any good recommendations with be highly appreciated.
