Mortgage payment bounced from business account

Just wanted some feedback.

I am an investor and bought some properties through an investment firm.

Rental income is deposited into a business account and payment like mortgage and condo fees are paid from this account.....this account is managed by investment firm.

Recently I have recevied phone calls from my Bank and the condo corporation that they are unable to get their payments....in turn I call the investment firm and I am having hard time getting hold of them.

What are my option now, should this venture be ended? any legal suggestions.

I`m sure there are those that`ll have more concise advice than this but at the end of the day, I think the consensus will be that you should call a lawyer right away and get on top of the situation as soon as you can.
