Multi Unit Dwellings in Halifax? Any advice appreciated

Hi, I am new to REIN and have recently begun my quest for My Personal Belize.

I have a cousin in Halifax who has suggested looking into Apartment Buildings/Multi Family Units.

Recently attended a REIN Session in Toronto and received a handout with info on each city and Halifax looked to be fairing well.

Would like to get some advice as to the long term potential for appreciation and investment in Halifax etc. And from any investors

who have invested or are invested in Halifax.
