Hi All,

Here is the work that needs to be done in a vacant apartment in sudbury:

-Replace tub and tub surround

- Remove and dispose old carpet & baseboards

- Paint entire apartment- Install carpet (275 sq/ft), vinyl flooring (275sq/ft) and baseboards (150 ft)

What is your timeframe. I have 70 units in Sudbury and employ two maintenance guys full time. Occasionally I have open time, not too often, when I could use the extra work to help offset the cost of these guys. How soon do you need the work done and is it right in Sudbury proper or in one of the outlying areas, Chelmsfor, Levack...?
