I am an investor in Calgary who recently moved to Lethbridge. I have found a few deals around here. One is a 5 bedroom house on the westside. With 10% down (about 25K) it would cashflow around $300 a month.
I am looking for a Joint Venture partner with the capital for the down payment as well as to help qualify.
