I called Mark and arrange to meet last Friday Nov 9th . Did not show up and did not call. I called him and told me he would call me back but never did.

Did it happened to you before?

You can call Truly Mechanical at 780-641-4078. I have found them to be quite good on my rental properties. Let them know that I recommeded you please.

Yes there are times when I have to call Mark more than once, but he usually gets the job done. He may just be too busy. I just called him to let him know of your concern.
