Good to see that you are doing the work in advance and building yourself a professional team.
As a side note, I never choose my professional based on geography (or their location) I look for experience then work with them based on that.
If you type in the word "Accountant" in the quick search button (top left of the page) you will see a number of very good threads on the discussion of accountants as well as whether it is important to incoporate or not.
