Greetings.
I need a referral for a Fort McMurray realtor, but I have a specific wish list.
This is for a Tenant-First lease-option, so the tenant-buyer shops with the realtor to choose the property, then the realtor and I write the offer and negotiate the deal.
So I need someone that is patient and not pushy, because he (or she) will be dealing with first-time home buyers and because he will be working in a bit of a triangle. I also need someone that sees me as being his client and the tenant-buyers as being my clients, as confidentiality of my affairs is a concern.
Because I am in Edmonton, I need to be able to rely on the realtor's input. I don't need to like the house or even see it until the inspection, but I need a realtor that will keep his eyes open for possible problems such as major foundation cracks (or a crack house next door). I want my clients to be happy with their choice and exercise their option in the end, but I need to know that it is a good property for resale if they don't. And there is no point in wasting time negotiating a deal that I would ultimately cancel.
If you, or someone you know, would be a good fit, then please email me as soon as possible at [email protected]
