Need Superindentent Job Advice

Hello,

My spouce and I are currently considering a couple Superindentent position. We have zero experience but are willing to learn. We have a property (95 unit over several low rise buildings) that has interviewed us and is interested. I don`t know what to expect or even what questions to ask.
I would love advice on what to expect and what questions to ask.
