I was think about downsizing to Niagara Falls, seems like a nice house is around 125K. I`m thinking that the a place like Niagara Fall is a safe investment that should appreciate nicely in 10 to 20 years. I`m a bit worried about being bored out of mind but i guess Toronto is 1.5 hr drive away.
