We have a couple who have been excellent tenants but are transferring to the lower mainland to work in a family business. So they now need to find another excellent landlord to replace us.
Here is what they are looking for and their contact info:
We will be looking for a place to rent in Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, New Westminister, Port Moody or possibly Burnaby. We were hoping for something similar to what we were renting in Calgary (3 bedroom main floor of a 1,268 sq ft house), but are willing to go to a 2 bedroom rather than 3, and can be a basement suite or apartment.
