Plan for 1M next year in quick turns

Ron had Melissa on stage, and wrote up a plan for 1M in the next year, using Yellow Letters.

I took notes as fast as I could, but they`re incomplete.

Can someone fill in? Here`s what I have:

• Goal 1M
• Average profit per deal: 35K
• # of deals required: 29
• # of deals per month: 2.5
  • # of prospects per deal: 10
  • Total number of prospects required for one year: 290# of suspects per deal: 100Total number of suspects for one year: 2900
  Supspects per month: 240Suspects per week: 60Prospects per month: 24Prospects per week: 6

This is where I have a "hole" in my notes, the next thing I wrote was "600 letters per week".

I think I missed something here... does anyone have better notes?

Next lines I have written after : Prospects per wk 6
are:

# letters per prospect 100 and I wrote "total 29,000 letters/yr"
# letters per week 600

+ FSBO/MLS/Ant farm

I circled the 600 figure and scrawled (literally): "Ron says this will be > 1 mill
