Post Agreement Check List? Where is it?

When all else fails, ask for directions.

Somewhere on here I found a checklist to use once one has an agreement to purchase. The user filled in the various important dates to use as reminders.

It was not called what I would have expected it to be called, and now I cannot find that form.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
