Posting to Classifieds

Hey all:



I can not for the life of me figure out how to post to Classifieds. There is no "New Post" icon like in the rest of the site, unless I'm daft and blind...



How do I do it?

Seriously -- there's no "Post" icon, on Chrome or Internet Explorer; can't figure out why. Is it a full-members only option?
