Potential Tenant on Disability has Epilepsy

Hi,
I wanted to ask if as a landlord I should prepare the apartment, lease or myself differently in any way for a tenant on disability with epilepsy(?)

One of the potential tenants has epilepsy. he sounds like a nice guy and I just wanted to know if I should prepare differently for him in any way.

I wouldn`t think so, there probably isn`t much you can. We have a deaf tenant and the Deaf Blind Institute installed a visual smoke alarm and visual door bell for no cost.
