prank phone calls : Please help me

I am using AT&T and get 3-4 calls a week stating that they are calling from my bank and need my details for updating their database.
On one call they provided my exact card number. I immediately contacted my bank and they said that they will not call any of their customers asking for sensitive information like this. I don't know what to do. I already notified this problem to ConnecTech technicians and they advised me to be alert about such Vishing (Voice Phishing) social engineering methods and they can't add every number on blocking list. I don't know what to do. every day they are calling from different numbers
Anybody here facing the same issue please suggest me how to block these calls, I am completely fed up with these hackers and idiots

This issue is not just about me.

I got this article describing how to react for a voice phishing scam. But I don't know how to stop these peoples from calling us.
