Property analyzer Software

Does anyone know of an online or computer based program in which you can put in the numbers to see if you should continue with your due diligence on a property? I am new here and wondering if REMA would be good for this. Thanks everyone again.

REMA has a FREE 1 minute analyzer just for this reason. If you want more of an in depth database of your properties and management of each, then the full version is more of what you need.

In saying that, you can also choose to have the `full` version of just the analysis side of things which allows you to copy property information to save you time checking things out in the future (because you are probably analyzing the same types right

) and the ability to transfer an analysis to the full property management side should you want to do so.
