Location is downtown Burlington. It is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house with an attached single garage, good sized backyard, and is a 7 minute walk to Starbucks on Brant st. (located on Olga st). The home has new flooring in some areas renovated bathroom and new appliances. Rent is $2,000/month. They have had lots of interest but not experienced with the process of screening tenants and therefor want to turn it over to a management company. Let me know your thoughts.
