Simco Mgt is a long time Condominium manager in Edmonton.
Ray Pratt is the owner\manager
Cannot tell you much other than they don`t tend to lose clients like some other firms do.
This is a good sign of stable well run management company.

What was the name of Don Gray`s former PM company? I remember his name, but the company escapes me now.
Quality, consistent and competent property management is the Achilles heel for Edmonton owners. There are many very poor PMs out there. There are other posts on MyREIN space as well.
Hopefully a few of the newer companies that have opened the last year will have some promise.
Anyone else have any suggestions... I`m out of recommendations.
