Property management in Prince George

Hello,

Try Li-Carr Management. I havent used them as I manage my own properties, but I have a couple friends that use them and speak very highly of the company. Stay away from Pace Property Management.

Hi Scott, I use Li-Car and am Happy with there service. They are not always 100%, but whenever I have issues or questions there is always an easy to deal with friendly voice on the other end of the line, and they deal with any issues in a timely manner.

I know this is a few years old, but I am wondering if there are any other recommended PM companies in PG?

There are a few , max- save real estate also does property management, pace realty, li- car. I live in Prince George and I do my own management. These are the ones I know of.

We managed our owns well when we lived there. We sold them all but are looking at purchasing a unit now. I emailed li-car but they did not reply and I was not impressed with Pace when we lived there. I will see what Maxsave offers, thank you for your reply.
