Property Manager recommendation for the Langley BC area

I am looking for a good Property Management Company that is good but reasonably priced. I live in Alberta and need someone to look after my condo in Langley, BC. I am hoping for a reasonably priced company because this unit does not cash flow (purchased long before I became a member). Any recommendations are appreciated. Thanks. Lori

Iam doing a research on rental management businesses and I came across your post.

Is there anything in the current service offering that you thin is lacking? If so what is it? And Is it just common to for property manager or all the ones you talked to.
