Property managers in Edmonton

Fellow REIN members,I`m looking for an Edmonton-based property management company who practises the approach to property management that Don has discussed at recent workshops. Specifically, I`m looking for a property manager who is creative in marketing properties, uses a customer service approach when communicating with my business partners (i.e. my tenants), runs an efficient business operation, and is able to scale up operations as I scale up my portfolio. I have a small portfolio (5 properties, mostly townhouses) in the Northeast, and am looking to grow the portfolio once I have the right manager in place.

I`m unhappy with my current property manager, and will make a switch once I`ve found a better value proposition and track record to back it up.

I appreciate any suggestions or referrals you might have!
