I am a GREAT pupil of the REIN group. I have read all of Don`s books plus studied the Rein home system 4 years ago!
Now, along with partners, i have managed to own a total of 5-plex and a duplex in Barrie plus 2 duplexes in New market ( total of 11 tenants )
It`s getting EXTREMELY difficult to manage this operation and Would love to know if anyone would recommend a GREAT property management firm in the Barrie/Newmarket region?
As recommended by Mr Thomas Bayer in earlier posts, In order to focus on further growth it`s recommended to delegate the day to day to day activities and babysitting to a property management firm who can run the operation in the most cost effective manner...
Any thoughts and recommendations, referrals than can offer a full property management service?

renting units to individuals after checking past references. Collecting rent monthly.
∙ Paying bills on behalf of clients if required.
∙ Handling any emergency situation, i.e. plumbing, electrical, etc. by employing qualified servicemen or repairing ourselves if minor.
∙ Preparing leases.
∙ Issuing notices for rental increases.
∙ Providing owners with regular to-date statements.
∙ Maintaining appropriate records for gross receipts and operating costs.
Preparing written documentation required by the Rental Tribunal and taking care of evictions
