purchase and sale agreements in ontario

hi guys,



was wondering if you all were using the OREA document for your purchases/sales of properties? on the bottom of each page is states that it's only for the use of licensed realtors in ontario. has anybody created other documentation to purchase or sell properties in ontario?

I've used both FSBO agreements and OREA agreements for private sales. Now I only use OREA agreements. I find the seller's lawyers prefer the OREA agreement... since they see it all the time it's easy for them to review.
