Hi I am completely green to real estate investing etc. I would like to learn as much as I can so that I can successfully accomplish my goals. I am looking for mentors and information. I don`t even own my own house or investment property yet but I am willing to learn everything that is possible and then run into traffic and not get hit while doing it! Which programs do you think would be best for my needs?

trump university is BIG BANG .. then nothing unless you buy more follow-on courses i.e. more up-selling, non-Canadian content !
REIN is more in-depth and ONGOING .. more networking with experienced folks, more how to, proven, less hype, less up-selling
Start with REIN .. then maybe go to Trump once you`ve made the first $30,000 on a sale !

Monty, as you and I discussed on the phone, I agree with Thomas` comments, both in this and your other recent thread.
REIN is here and now.
It is local.
It has immediate support.
It has 3,000 like minded members who are here to help you with ideas and advice.
It can be as ongoing as you want it to be. (TU is not ongoing, although I continue to get stuff, mostly promoting other courses, from it.)
For about the same amount of money, you will get a one year membership in REIN.
REIN has numerous other aspects and programs TU does not offer (JV Secrets, RRSP for Investing, and Condo Conversions, as examples)
IMHO, it is a no brainer. REIN is the better choice.
