Hello,

Quickstart interest me, therefore I don`t know if I should choose the seminar or the home study program?

I think the seminar could be interesting by meeting others Real Estate investors, but then with the home study program I will be able to get all the the informations as often that I need.

Does someones can give their opinion about should be the best to chose?

Thanks in advance.

Quickstart events will have more current information. If you join REIN, you will receive the home study program and may attend Quickstart without any additional cost. Your decision on which to purchase will depend on whether you are seeking long term education.

If you can`t decide, it might be best to start with the home study (as it comes with a discount coupon for the live Quickstart) That will get you set up to win.

The next live event is in November last one for 2008, it promises to be the best of the year with all of the new research that will be completed for that event.

There is nothing better than attending a "real class". If you have ever done a course by correspondence, you will understand. Being there in person imparts much more knowledge because of the interaction of the other attendees. Sure, you can get most of the same information from a book. But, it will not have the same impact on you as being there in person. Being there, you are able to ask questions, or listen to others` questions being answered... something that is lacking at home.

I have taken the Quickstart Home Study Program. It is recorded live and you can feel the excitement and energy of the LIVE Quickstart.

If you want to forge ahead with real estate, i recommend going for the full meal deal and become a REIN member. Get the resources and experience behind you as there are MANY pitfalls to real estate. Heard of the School of Hard Knocks? Your choice!

Use REIN people for all your transactions.

I had a non REIN member accountant who lied to me.
I had a non REIN mortage broker who would not do a small financing 80k.
I had a non REIN mortage broker #2 (family recommended) who did not tell me a potential pitfall that cost me $4800 (added at the last min from the lawyer`s office) and has not rectified the unjustly charge as yet a few months later. That loss delayed a project that i was working on plus i will have to change my weekender home filled with personal effects into a rental home to recoup that money or become a house flipper.
