Hi,

Don`s book "Real Estate Investing in Canada" described ACRE system (scorecard, etc), and I read it. Is there any difference between what`s taught in the book, and what is taught in the Quickstart Live seminar or Home study manual/CD?

Thanks,
Lee

Hi Llee,

The A.C.R.E. (Authentic Canadian Real Estate) system is basically outlined in the book. The score cards and materials are part of that. Quickstart is a very detailed program that expands upon what is outlined in the book. It is very detailed and has a step-by-step approach. Excellent value. If you enjoyed the book, Quickstart will blow you away.

Thanks,

QuickStart is the whole system explained, step by step in detail, highly recommend it.

Hi Todor

I have two question to ask, anyone else is welcome to response

1)Does the QuickStart Home Study version is included in the REIN Membership or is the QuickStart Home Study Verision is extra.

2)Assumng the QuickStart is included in the cost of the Rein Membership and if i decided to buy the QuickStart home Study version first, because i can not intially afford the membership.

When i decide to buy a membership would Rein substract from the cost of the Quickstart from the cost of the membership.

Please let me know, i want to start asap determine by yours or anyone else response to my question above.

Thanks

same thing .. QuickStart is a marketing event to get new investors a taste of it .. you cannot realistically expect to get educated in a 2 1/2 day event .. or by reading one book ..

Quickstart is free once you join REIN, as it happens 2 - 3 times / year in various places (like AB, BC and/or ON)

Join REIN if you are seriously interested in growing your knowledge about real estate investing .. and applying it. Applying means: using or working it. Real estate is very profitable if done well .. but it takes a lot of work.

Joining REIN is $3000 to $4000 well spent if you like to work the system. If you seek entertainment and a quick buck only, it is not for you.

It`s like reading a manual of a car .. you understand it now in principle .. but it takes many many weeks of driving to pass a test .. and many more months or years to be an expert driver !

Or: you do not lose weight or build muscles by joining a fitness club ! You actually have to use the equipment and work out .. week after week .. then you will lose weight or build muscles. Same in real estate. Doing a 2 1/2 day weekend event is good fun .. but actually using the system takes many months .. and usually 2-3 years to master .. and a lifetime to perfect !

So, go join the (REIN) club AND use the (ACRE) equipment !

I like the fitness club analogy Thomas! I just joined REIN and started to read the archives. There`re tons of useful information!!!
