Has anyone joined this group or know anyone who did successfully? also associated with PREIG, REICO (?), Realty-connect? Says they specialize in training u to do wholesaling ($1 to tie a house up??) & rehabbing - $700 for 3 months in a group - u can do 1st deal in a month, etc. kinda like coaching I guess - is this genuine or do you have to rip off the vendor to make money??There must be a spy in REIN giving away private email addresses `coz I don`t know how this guy got my email to send an ad but I guess it`s ok--don`t appreciate the U.S.-based plugs though. May have to change my private email again...

Sadly there are always people out there trying to sell the latest and greatest `get rich quick` scheme. We`ve seen them all come and go over the last 16 years and they work hard to get your money and then disappear.
All I can say about the groups you mentioned is DO YOUR HOMEWORK!!!! Some of them that you mentioned are out right rip offs (won`t say which ones for obvious reasons). Be Careful... learn what you can from all sources but always make unemotional clear decisions.

P.S. No `spies` at REIN for e-mails, but MANY of these fly by night groups send a representative to REIN Workshops and then a couple of months later teach what they learned at REIN and call it their own. A sad state of affairs that they must be VERY embarrassed about if they aren`t even committed to doing their own research and testing.
