Isn`t it all a surprise
When no one has a clue what is going on or how the market "should" react.....its a surprise! Or if you are actually correct....that`s a surprise too!
Looks like they expect a nice return in 2010. Check out those real GDP #` in Q3 and Q4, 2010. 3.0% and 3.1% respectively.
Mind you the rest of 09 looks UGLY.

It doesn`t look ugly to me, it looks like tremendous OPPORTUNITY!
Rates are low, values flat to slightly rising (Hamilton), inflation around the corner, I just wish more people would get it when I tell them this.
