This is a request for a Real Estate Agent that knowns the Markham area very well. In addition, for this one time, I`m not looking for an investment property - I`m actually looking for a personal residence for my family and I. Moreover, we currently live in Oshawa and are looking to sell our home and purchase a home in Markham. If anyone knows of an Agent that knows the Markham area very well and can help us sell our home and purchase another one, please pass on their name and contact information. Also, I need to know why your recommending the individual (i.e. friendly, great knowledge, used them in the past, etc).
