Hello hope everyone had a good weekend. I`m looking for any recommendations for a RE Agent in the Waterloo area that specializes in student rentals and investment properties. I feel this is a good area to purchase my first investment property and am looking for someone to help me with the process. So if anyone knows of a good agent they trust with a solid background and reputation then I would appreciate any referals so I can contact them. Thanks again to all members who have been helping me out along the way. i think with your help I`ll be able to achieve my first property this year.
