Since the original topic was deleted, I`ll post this again: I`m looking for a list of low cost (low fee or no fee) realtors in Calgary. Unfortunately I didn`t save the links to the original post (just a link to the original topic). And to keep the discussion civil (and friendly), I would prefer if realtors wouldn`t respond here, no comments on good or bad, just a list of low-cost realtors would be helpful for investors interested in reducing their costs on exit strategy.
For those of you interested here are a few of the links I was able to track down from the original post that was deleted (and thank you to all those that took the time to respond appropriately). I also spoke to a ReMax realtor and he mentioned with the new rule changes he would post a MLS listing (only) for $500.00, and as he mentioned the rates are always negotiable, so its just a matter of asking your realtor (if you use a realtor)! They are offering to list on the MLS for FREE!
If the seller wants their professional assistance throughout the process, then they provide a more traditional service for a low fee of 0.5%.
