Real Property Management (RPM) - Edmonton

RPM has been managing my Edmonton properties since March 1st. Although a short time, I am happy with the results to date.
They have also taken over the management of a 40+ (I think is the number) single family homes in Grand Prairie, AB. That landlord was really happy with its in house management. For RPM to get that contract was a major feather in its cap, IMHO.

I am so happy with these guys! They are very professional and helpful. You can view all your statements online 24 hours, they return your phone calls quickly. They do direct debit with the tenants so you get your money pretty quick. They handled a turnover from one of the worst property managers I have ever worked with in a very timely professional manner. They managed to find me a good tenant in a month, all in all so happy with the results so far.
