Realtor for condo`s in Alberta

I`m looking to get into the condo rental market in Alberta, preferably near Edmonton. I`m trying to find trusted Realtors that offer condo`s set up for investors ideally with a shared rental pool. My budget is below $200,000.

Any suggestions?

I have access to some investor condos in Leduc, near Edmonton. The prices vary by unit, but do start below $200K including GST. There is a rental pool option. Call me if you`re interested.
