Reliable Edmonton Property Manager Needed

Hello everyone;

I am looking to acquire a property in North West Edmonton and I am in need of a reliable, honest and active property management company.

Can someone provide a name of a PM compant that they would recommend and have used for at least 1 year. What made your experience a positive one? What are they doing in particular in terms of support and service that makes them oustanding.

Also, which Property Management companies should I stay away from?
