Removing smell of mothballs

Any idea on how to remove the smell of mothballs from a basement suite? My friends mother loves them and the smell permeates throughout the house. I`ve googled for an answer but haven`t really found anything conclusive. Solutions that have worked for you would be greatly appreciated.

An ozone generator would clear out the smell.

I have one available if you live in Calgary.
