Rent to company employees?

Hi guys:

Does anyone have any experience regarding to renting to company employees? Is it a better way to get higher rent and better tenants or it`s a faster way to fraud and disaster? How do i find about these companies who are looking for housing for their employees? Any suggestions/thoughts would be great. Thanks in advance.

Hi Ken,
I have heard of people collecting outrageous rents from oil companies. And we are talking unbelievable amounts too! Trick is to know where the demand is and better yet if you can beat the others to the punch bowl. You could try to find the right contacts in oil companies. Also, if you live in the area, you could add a service like doing the shopping for them, cooking meals, especially workers who work very long hours. I have heard that they can be a rowdy bunch too, but then the company pays for any damages if that were to happen. These rental places would be furnished as well for the workers. Nicer yet to have a furnished home for an executive needing to be in town for a short period of time. Also consider emailing realtors as someone who has sold their house and is having to wait a few months for possession, a short term furnished rental would be an awesome find. Even rent it out to a vacationer as they would be paying a premium as well. Hope that opens up a few ideas along that line!
