Can you tell me where I could find a good resource/course for info on rent/lease to own ventures this seems like a great way to carry some properties.

Hello to both Mark and Dan, I was wondering if it would be okay if I contact you both as well. I am also very interested in lease to own options. I have a basic knowledge but not exactly sure how the finer points work. Also i was wondering if you know of any good websites or books I could look at, so that way I can try to learn more about this section of real estate investing. Thanks for any help you can provide.
