I have a rent to own opportunity, but I have one problem I have nothing available to rent. I am thinking of buying a property and going forward with the rent to own. Any advice??
We typically find the tenant first and let them work with a realtor to find a house in their price range and area. They pay for the house inspection and we believe they are more likely to purchase the property as they have picked out the house and have more attachment to it. They also know from day 1 what maintenance and upgrades they will have to do to maintain the property.
