Hi guys, wondering if anyone has some experience in renting out their condo in the downtown toronto market as an executive suite?
I'm looking at keeping it nicely furnished to attract a higher rental price and hoping that the 39th floor adds to the allure. Looking at some comparables, i see some places (1bd) going anywhere from 1700-2500. If going through a p managment company, what kind of prices do they usually charge? How hard is to attract that $$ cliental on your own?
