Hi guys...first post!
I have a question concerning the Property Goldmine Score Card.

What does it mean when it says "is the area in Real Estate Spring or Summer?" ?

Thank you for your time

it`s an analogy to farming. In spring you plant your seeds (i.e., buy properties). In the summer you tend to your crops (i.e., manage your properties well). The idea is to only buy in real estate spring and occasionally in summer if the deal is right.

What season is it now in Canada ?

I`d say winter .. after a surprisingly very short fall .. and very early, unexpected frost .... hence: time to prepare, reflect, getting ready, plan, rest, plan some more, get funds set up, find JV partners, check the market (and soil) condition ... then get ready to buy when market is ready .. which might happen earler than expected after a very short winter !
