RRSP 2nd Mortgages

I was wondering whether posting a newspaper ad and asking if somebody is interested in using their RRSPs as 2nd mortgages would be an issue with the Securities Commission?

Anybody has any knowledge on this subject?

not if you are looking for ONE individual.

You are not selling a security. You are doing a mortgage with a FIXED interest rate.
