I am planning on focusing on the Scarborough area (due to affordability) to build my portfolio. Are there any specific neighborhoods I should consider focusing on that would benefit most from the planned LRT expansion (Scarborough-Malvern LRT expansion)?

Are there any REIN members looking to Scarborough for opportunities?
